Hey, I'm Ashlee!

Former long-distance runner turned bikini bodybuilding competitor, and a strength training and fat loss coach obsessed with helping women feel confident, capable, and strong for life.


With years of experience coaching women through all stages of life—including pregnancy and postpartum—I’ve seen firsthand how the right training approach can completely change not just your body, but your mindset. I built my 8-week Lift Like a Lady program for women like you: busy, ambitious, maybe a little burnt out, and ready for something that actually works.

This isn’t about shrinking yourself. It’s about building strength, reshaping your body, and finally feeling good in your skin—with expert coaching, a clear plan, and zero fluff or BS.

The Lift Like a Lady program is an 8-week small group personal training experience designed to deliver serious results—with flexible payment options to fit your lifestyle. You have two ways to enroll:

What is the schedule for the in-person WERK SQUAD sessions?

When you apply, you’ll select your preferred days and time ranges that work best for your schedule. Based on this, Coach Ashlee will create a schedule and assign you to your WERK SQUAD group. Right now, the program is limited to just 12 spots total, which allows for two full WERK SQUADS of 6 women each.

WERK SQUAD A: Mornings during the week (exact days and time TBD based on demand)

Ideal for moms and women with flexible daytime schedules

WERK SQUAD B: Evenings during the week (exact days and time TBD based on demand)

Perfect for after-work crowd and busy professionals

Please note—we need a minimum number of women interested in each day and time blocks to open a WERK SQUAD, so the session schedule will be confirmed once applications are in.

How long is the program?

This is an intensive 8-week program for women who are serious about getting epic results. It ends Sunday, August 3rd, 2025.

How many women are in each group?

Each session is capped at 6 women to keep the experience personalized and high-touch. You’re not lost in a sea of people—we actually coach you.

When is the deadline to sign up?

We’re keeping this program super exclusive and spots are limited, so all sign-ups must be finalized no later than Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at 11:59 PM. This allows enough time to schedule your initial 1-on-1 session with Coach Ashlee and make sure you’re prepped and ready to go for Day 1. After that, enrollment closes and your WERK SQUAD is locked in—no late adds.

What happens after I submit my application?

Once you submit your application, Coach Ashlee will personally review it to make sure the program is the right fit for you and your goals. You’ll hear back within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Please note—spots are extremely limited and submitting an application doesn’t guarantee your spot. Even if you’re a perfect fit, if we’re already full, you may be placed on a waitlist for the next round.

If you’re in, you’ll receive an official welcome email, sign up and payment link, and details on how to schedule your initial one-on-one session with Coach Ashlee before the program starts. We keep things personal around here—so you’ll know exactly what to expect before Day 1, and feel 100% ready to WERK.

Do I get any nutrition support?

Yes! You’ll get a starting Opus Nutrition Blueprint with personalized nutrition goals. You'll also get access to our Boss Babe Nutrition Handbook and Opus Nutrition Video Series with real-life strategies for fat loss, fueling your workouts, and looking lean without restriction or overwhelm.

What if I miss a session?

This program is designed for women who are ready to fully commit to their WERK SQUAD and prioritize their two weekly sessions for the full 8 weeks. We understand life happens, but due to the small group format and limited spots, make-up options will be extremely limited and not guaranteed.

We encourage you to treat your sessions like important appointments—because they are. This program is for women who are ready to show up consistently, rain or shine. That said, if something unexpected comes up, we’ll do our best to help you stay on track—but please know that regular make-ups, credits, or rollovers won’t be part of this program.

That said, you’ll have access to your full Lift Like a Lady training program inside our custom online training app, so if you do have to miss, you can still get your workout in on your own time.

How do I schedule my 30-minute one-on-one session with Coach Ashlee?

Once you’re officially in, Coach Ashlee will personally reach out to schedule your 30-minute 1-on-1 goal-setting consultation and movement assessment session the week before the program starts. This session helps you and your coach set clear goals, dial in your starting point, and make sure you feel 100% ready to crush your first WERK SQUAD session.

If you happen to sign up late, Coach Ashlee will get your session scheduled within your first 1-2 weeks—but ideally, you'll knock it out ahead of time to set you up for success.

Can I drop-in to a class without signing up for the full program?

Unfortunately, no. This is a structured, progressive 8-week program—not a random workout class just designed to make you sweat. You’ll train with the same coach and the same group of women each week, with workouts that build over time for real, visible results.

Is this program just for moms?

Nope—but moms love it. This program is designed for busy millennial women who want structure, strength, and support—whether you have kids or not.

Is this program just for millennials?

While Lift Like a Lady is designed with busy millennial women and moms in mind, it’s open to any woman who wants to train hard, lift heavy, and feel strong—regardless of age. If you vibe with our community, have a positive attitude, and are ready to put in the work, you’re welcome here.

Do I need to be experienced with lifting weights?

Nope! Whether you’re brand new or just haven’t been consistent, we’ll guide you through everything. You’ll learn how to lift safely and confidently—even if you’ve never touched a barbell before.

Will these workouts make me bulky?

Absolutely not! This program is designed to help you build lean muscle, shape your glutes, and create a strong, feminine physique. You’ll feel tighter, more sculpted, and confident AF—not bulky. We promise 😉

Where is Opus Body Lab located?

All sessions take place at Opus Body Lab in San Juan Capistrano, a private boutique training gym built specifically for personal and small group coaching.

We’re tucked right off the 5 Freeway and Ortega Highway in San Juan Capistrano, in the same business complex as the local-favorite Las Golondrinas (you know, the one with the best chips and salsa!).

We’re also right around the corner from St. Margaret’s, with plenty of easy, no-hassle parking so getting to your session is stress-free—even on your busiest days. Roll in, WERK out, and roll out!
